Treatment works on shingles that are properly fastened. It cannot reattach a lifted tab or cover a nail that has backed out, and spraying over those spots just leaves them in place under a fresh coat.
A tune-up handles them first. Each repair is listed and priced separately in your plan, so you can see what is a fix and what is treatment.

Tune-up questions
Can a tune-up be booked without treatment?
Yes. Some roofs need the fixes now and treatment later, and the plan can be set up that way.
Will replacement shingles match the rest?
We find the nearest match on the market. On an older roof a new piece can look brighter for a while, and we show you where they will go first.
